2. Service Description

OrangeGrove provides AI-powered lead generation services, including but not limited to prospect identification, lead qualification, multi-channel advertising campaigns, and social network integration. Our services are designed to help businesses improve their sales and marketing effectiveness.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use our services only for legitimate business purposes
• Respect the privacy and rights of third parties
• Not engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services

4. Payment Terms

Our services are billed on a performance basis, with charges applied only for qualified leads that respond to your campaigns. Pricing ranges from $30 to $100 per replied lead, depending on the service tier and advertising channels used. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data and privacy. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OrangeGrove and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

OrangeGrove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services already provided.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
